Stags Builders and Concrete LLC | 11 years in business

Tracy Armstrong started Stags Builders and Concrete with himself and 1 employee in 2013. Utilizing one personal vehicle outfitted with
personal tools. 11 years later the business has grown into 13 employees forming 3 divisions. Excavation, Framing and Concrete
with a Commercial store frontage with two office personnel.

In the early years, Stags Builders focused on remodels and additions; things we could manage with a smaller crew. We still do some of that currently, however, today we primarily build custom homes, multiresidential 4-plexes and duplexes and we specialize in Structural
Steel and Concrete construction. In 2021 we signed a contract with New Earth Development, from Wyoming, as the General Contractor,
to build 13 four plex buildings on Valencia Street in Twin Falls.

We completed that project 18 months later, on time even with the COVID pandemic throwing every possible challenge, with supply lines
our way. We are currently working toward a second project for New Earth Development for a new 80-building (320 unit) complex in Twin
Falls. These are projected to have a 4-year completion calendar, at the same time, we will continue to build custom homes for individual
homeowners. In addition to the above, I am also a Licensed Dealer for Capital and General Steel Buildings, based in Denver Colorado,
selling and building Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings. We are a Turnkey General Contractor for all these projects. No project is too big. We are consistently expanding and always looking for new contracts.

In 2023 we began working in the Dairy Industry sub-contracting through Stanley Farmore. We worked in partnership with them to
construct multiple projects on Bettencourt Dairy #6. We assisted with the design and structural construction of the New Blower
Building, Centrifuge pad, Boiler house and the Slope Screen structure. We also demolished the previous Slope screen structure.
Work expanded in the same scope, and we mobilized to Bettencourt Dairy #1 and repeated the same, as well as Mobilized to West Point
Farms in Wendell and built two Manure pit structures, a Blower building structure as well as framed a Slope Screen structure. We accomplished the work in an expedient time frame with quality and to the satisfaction of the owners.
